Reforged — Scripture Reflection #003
Zechariah 13:9 (New Living Translation)
“9 I will bring that group through the fire and make them pure. I will refine them like silver and purify them like gold. They will call on my name, and I will answer them. I will say, ‘These are my people,’ and they will say, ‘The LORD is our God.’”
As we commit ourselves to God, we will begin to see a transformation take place within us. God will use the fire of hard times to reforge us into something new, something stronger. Then, purified and refined, we can become witnesses of God’s love and faithfulness; we can testify that He will not waste the hardships we experienced.
