Seek God For Yourself — Scripture Reflection #031

Acts 17:11-12 (New Living Translation)

11 And the people of Berea were more open-minded than those in Thessalonica, and they listened eagerly to Paul’s message. They searched the Scriptures day after day to see if Paul and Silas were teaching the truth. 12 As a result, many of the Jews believed, as did many of the prominent Greek women and men.

Let us search the Scriptures just like the Bereans did, so that we can know God for ourselves and build a relationship with Him based on His truth.

The Call: Seek God for yourself with all your heart, and you will surely find Him (Jeremiah 29:13).

Hand holding a compass above a detailed map, set against a blurred green landscape. This represents how in your life, you must seek God for yourself.
