When we look back, we are liable to fall back to where we were before He saved us.
When we look back, we are liable to fall back to where we were before He saved us.
It is our job to be hospitable and generous to everyone we can, just like Abraham in this scripture.
We must accept that God’s ways do not always fit our expectations or hopes. When that happens, what will you do next?
Life is too short to waste on things that don’t have eternal value. How can we change our daily routines to make time for what matters most?
How many of us can admit to the same behavior as Pharaoh here? When we fall on hard times, we come to God asking that He deliver us, only to turn from Him and go back to our ways of living. Be honest with yourself.
This past Sunday, I was part of the Choir at church. When I tell you that I was out of my element, it would be an understatement.
As we commit to living God’s way, our robes will be washed, and we will be permitted to enter through the gates of Heaven.
Who will be found worthy to break the seals on the scroll and open it? Not one but Jesus, the lamb of God, will be found worthy.
And through it all, in all the qualities that we pick up, we develop a faith in Him who is Himself, faithful.
