When I was growing up, everything around me was new and awe-inspiring- I wanted to discover it all!
I can relate to the disciples quite a bit. If I took a moment to reflect on all the times God has come through for me, I would not panic so much in the face of prolonged uncertainty.
The other part is that I struggle to be vulnerable; I feel like I need to solve my own problems.
I’ll admit, when I read these verses, I often want to put off the calling of being a worker of the Kingdom of God.
I am getting married soon, and I find myself in a place where I am concerned and stressed about providing for my future spouse.
